Navigating mental health conditions in the classroom The Transitions to Adulthood Center for Research (Transitions ACR) produced a new video series providing evidence-based information and strategies for college faculty members on how to support the academic success of students who experience mental health conditions. Faculty (and students!) *also* have resources and support at UMBC:

• Student (Undergraduate and Graduate) Disability Services, pro-tip: many mental health conditions qualify as a disability, which also has a Faculty Resource Page 
• Retriever Integrated Health has mental health services for all students 
• BRACT Team consult when you are worried about a student
• Wellness Initiative for the self care of all UMBC community members
• Train in Mental Health First Aid - (the next session February 23rd) to be an effective ally.
• For work-related accommodations, reach out to Accessibility & Disability Services
