Thank you for coming out today for Welcome Week! Despite technical difficulties it was a great discussion full of awesome questions! Just wanted to touch base about everything mentioned today and send resources for those interested! Links with more information have been provided, as well as direction on how to sign up.   

- If looking to add the certificate to your degree, update your student record with the registrar's office by using this link here and letting them know you would like to add it. 

- As a note, if you are pairing this certificate with a Financial Economics degree, it is only 8 extra classes! 

- If looking to sign up for VITA, complete their Volunteer Sign Up Form and they will be sure to reach out with training details later in the semester. 

- This is a FANTASTIC resume builder that can really set you apart! We will be coordinating an event to have their student leadership come talk to us for those who would like to know more.          

CPA / CMA / EA / CIA: 

- For those interested, we'll be reaching out with a date for another club meeting to go over the specific licensing material. We'll further explain eligibility requirements, exam formats, needed study materials, and timeline details! 

- A Becker representative will be joining us to provide further details about the software and how you may gain access to the exam prep material as a student.  

- This is an especially interesting field! This industry specializes in investigating white collar financial crimes such as embezzlement, fraud, money laundering, and intelligence gathering.

- We will be hosting a White Collar Crime themed event with a mock investigation using a Red Flag Media game case file. Further details to come soon!
