The American Mock World Health Organization (AMWHO) is looking for passionate undergraduate AND graduate students to take over executive board positions for next year!

An online form will be sent out on Monday 5/7 for members to vote. Voting will be open until Tuesday 5/8 at 11:59 pm.

The positions are:
Co-President I & Co-President II:The President and Vice-President are in charge of determining the date/time/location of the speaker series event, determining theme options to vote with the team, distributing tasks, ensuring appropriate funding, meeting with the Board to discuss progress, and seeing all tasks to completion.
Treasurer & Assistant Treasurer: The Treasurer will seek student government funding through their budgetary process by forming a budget for the speaker series night, and ensuring that the event receives enough funds. They must undergo Treasurer training through the SGA to do this. They will ensure the event sticks to the budget and will oversee the payment process. The Assistant Treasurer will assist the Treasurer in conducting similar duties.
Co-Directors of Campus Affairs: The Co-Directors of Campus Affairs will publicize the speaker-series event to all parts of campus: this involves reaching out to department heads, other student organization, and external organizations to collaborate and/or advertise our events.
Co-Directors of Media: The Media Directors will join efforts with the Co-Directors of Campus Affairs to publicize the event by creating promotional materials (cover photos and flyers) to use on social media, email attachments, and for printing out.
