Master bedroom with private bath available. apartment comes with kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. in a safe neighborhood on the top floor, close to shopping and right off of route 40. Your name would need to be on the lease. I am looking for either a professional or a student. A little bit about myself. i work Monday-Friday as a teacher so on the weekdays I would appreciate quiet after ten o clock. I am not against you having guest, but i am not for the apartment being a party house. on weekends i dont care what you do because i am not usually there. I am not super clean, but i do feel as though the shared space should be kept neat. Please email me if this appeals to you.
