Trying to get a cottage at Mt Ridge

Hey guys,
I'm trying to get a cottage apartment at Mount Ridge, two bedroom plus a den as 3rd bedroom. Rent would be $400-600 plus utilities which we would split. I'm looking for someone without pets to fill the room, as I have a cat! Haven't gotten the place yet, let me know if anyone's interested!
