The apartment is not far at all from the UMBC campus. There is also a shuttle that takes you directly to UMBC. Its also right off the Baltimore Pike ( route 40) and Edmonson road. There is a CVS and Wallgreens near by that are 24/7. Chick fila, McDonalds, Burger King, Safeway and subway are very close. There are many other shops as well. It is close to Ellicott City, Columbia, Hanover, downtown to Baltimore City,BWI airport and Baltimore Washington Turnpike which takes you to Washington DC. Near Towson, Pikesville and more. There are other expressways to get around as well. 

The apartment is called Cedar run; more specifically shade tree trace.

We pay $1126 including water (Student Discount). For non-students it may be $1215. Financial aid can be used as income. The building has a secured entry. It is two bedroom and two bath with a washer and dryer inside. There is also an oven and dishwasher. You can have small animals but I believe dogs are not allowed. I have two rabbits. The cost of electricity depends on the electricity you use.

Preferably looking for students to take over but everyone is welcomed.
