A room is available for rent at Mt. Ridge apartment. Lease ends August 17th 2015. Room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser and desk (can be taken out if preferred).
Monthly rent (about $1200) plus utilities are split between two people, including yourself. Cable is provided by Xfinity, and gas and electric provided by BGE.
Looking for a male professional/undergraduate/graduate student between the ages of 21-26 years old. Someone who is organized and clean, friendly and outgoing.
