This refund card registration process is stupid

HigherOne purposely uses confusing prompts to try to force you into accepting their card as your refund method. Then to make it as difficult as possible I have to print something and send it through the mail. I never had to jump through hoops when I was going through UMBC directly. What a waste of time and energy.
