Separate basement apartment is move-in ready. It is private with its own entrance along with a one bedroom, spacious open kitchen, bathroom, dinette and living room areas. This is the perfect space for a couple, graduate student or someone new to the area. Nice basement walkout to a spacious yard (excellent for hosting BBQs). You will also have your own parking space. The laundry room is located on the same level, although that space is shared with us. The home has central heat and air conditioning, and the utilities will be split down the middle. Wireless internet and Cable (Verizon FIOS w/ HBO and CineMAX) will also be shared by half. We are a pet friendly household, though there would be an additional $15 per pet per month. This is a non-smoking household though outside smoking is acceptable. Minutes to UMBC, BWI and 695/95. The security deposit is one month rent in advance.
