Ticket Service Agent

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra is seeking part-time Ticket Service Agents (approx. 20 hrs/week) to work in a very fast-paced Box Office environment.  Responsibilities include:multi-venue single ticket processing, exchanges, data entry, building and updating patron accounts, answering phone calls, communicating concert and event information efficiently and working at the concert window.

Requirements include:  ticketing and/or customer service experience, a flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends, basic computer knowledge. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently. Knowledge of Tessitura or a related ticketing system and an understanding of classical music are a plus.
