I'm confused on what is considered freedom these days. Is freedom what ones political party thinks it is or not. It's very confusing. I have been called a "leftist" for believing in absolute freedom. Who has the right telling me where and where I cannot smoke, who I can marry, and what "drugs" i can and cannot put in my body (right winged& leftist  views), etc. The "left" who tells me what guns I am and not allowed to own.

Does standing for freedom make one a leftist or a rightest?
