Ordering a transcript through Parchment
I'm having trouble ordering one

Hi,
I finally created an account on Parchment. And now that I can order a transcript through this website, I see this message "Due to a restriction or hold placed by your school, you are unable to order any documents at this time. Please contact your school to resolve this issue or with any questions."
Is there a specific time/date that the registrar office would kindly receive transcript orders?
Anyone?

Hi,
You can order a transcript any hour of the day through Parchment. Please call the Registrar's Office Transcript Specialist Angie Blair at 410-455-3727 or 2500 to assist you with your order.
Also, if you have questions regarding the Registrar's Office procedures or policies you can submit a Help Ticket through myUMBC.
