The Department of Music presents the UMBC Faculty Wind Quintet in a program of new works by UMBC student composers as well as La cheminée du roi René by Darius Milhaud, a staple of the woodwind quintet repertoire.
The ensemble features Lisa Cella, flute; Fatma Daglar, oboe; Natalie Groom, clarinet; Chandra Cervantes, horn; and Richard Spittel, bassoon.
Admission is free, and tickets are not required.
Linehan Concert Hall, located in the Performing Arts and Humanities Building, is easy to visit, with plenty of free parking. Please visit here for directions and parking information.
