March Assessment 365: Residence Life Desk Services Statistics

This month, Gunner Sudol from Residential Life will present on his three-year examination of different data points of front desk operations in our residence halls. Learn how Residential Life has reviewed some of their staff's most core functions such as guest sign-in, packages, and resource supplies to help inform decision-making around staffing to best support the residential experience here at UMBC. The department is hoping to continue to use this information for the betterment of the institution!
