Planit created a new position focused on overseeing digital creative efforts.
Digital Creative Director Jess Brown will oversee a team of eight people working on UX/UI, motion design and digital art direction.
The move reflects Planit’s increasing use of data and tech in producing ads, branding and marketing materials for clients. As a whole, the ad industry has “moved to focus on our digital consumers in a big way,” Brown said.
“Jess’s impressive background merges technology with creative, allowing her to bring a unique vision to our leadership team and to our clients,” Planit creative strategist and cofounder Ed Callahan said in a statement. “She is equal parts creative leader, brand storyteller and digital strategist, always thinking big and creating with purpose.”
Amid growth, the agency is set to move to Key Highway.
