Passionate about strengthening communities, driving social change, or leading nonprofit initiatives? Join us for Climb Your Career Ladder: Community Leadership, co-hosted by the Division of Professional Studies and the UMBC Career Center.
This event features UMBC alumni working in roles that make a real impact — from community program coordinators and nonprofit managers to advocacy directors and organizational leaders. You'll hear their stories, learn how they navigated their career paths, and discover how community-driven professionals turn passion into purpose.
