Join USSSA East Coast Events and help make our fastpitch softball tournaments a memorable experience for players and families across Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We’re hiring energetic, dedicated individuals for part-time positions, including Site Directors, Merchandise Sales, Field Maintenance, and more.

Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Through competitive play and well-run events, we promote sportsmanship, highlight athlete achievements, and build lasting community connections through the sport of fastpitch softball.
