          Description<br>
           <br>
          PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION<br>
          The primary purpose of the internship will be to enhance and expand the 
          suite of asset/liability analysis and management tools used within the 
          Fixed Income Quantitative team.<br>
           <br>
          PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
              Assist quantitative credit research team on data support related to Corporate issuers<br>
              Research data discrepancies with third party providers<br>
              Construct reports on quality and coverage statistics<br>
              Assist Quantitative analysts with factor research, as directed<br>
              Work with Front Office teams to establish infrastructure required 
          for data loading, reporting, business rules and maintenance.<br>
          <br>
          QUALIFICATIONS<br>
              Sophomore status in college with a 3.0 or higher GPA required<br>
              Enrolled in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline<br>
              Exposure to Accounting, Economics or Finance discipline, either via classwork, work experience, or personal investing<br>
              Experience with Microsoft Office products<br>
              Experience programming with MATLAB, R, Python or similar language<br>
              Experience with SQL a plus<br>

          <strong>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION</strong><br>
          The primary purpose of the internship will be to enhance and expand the 
          suite of asset/liability analysis and management tools used within the 
          Fixed Income Quantitative team.<br>

          <strong>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>
          <br>
              Assist Quantitative Analysts with the development of new 
          quantitative tools and models for evaluating asset and liability 
          portfolio risk measures.<br>
              Maintain and update the existing data systems currently used for risk/return analysis.<br>
              Participate in group meetings and support analytical client requests as part of the Solutions team effort.<br>
              Assist Quantitative Analysts with fixed income research projects, as directed.<br>

          <strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br>
          <br>
              Minimum sophomore status in college with a 3.5 or higher GPA required<br>
              Experience with Microsoft Office products<br>
              Enrolled in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Math, Physics or Actuarial Science<br>
              Working experience with computer programming using VBA, R, C/C++, Matlab or other languages/applications<br>
              Working experience with Matlab a strong plus<br>

Rowe Price’s Investment Fellowship Program offers college undergraduate and graduate students within mathematics, engineering, and the sciences a challenging quantitative opportunity to thrive in the financial industry, which is becoming increasingly quantitative and data driven.
