1) Time sheet submissions and approvals are back to
the normal deadline schedule. Although the campus will be closed during
the Winter Break, time sheet approvals for pay period 13 (ending
12/24/16) are due by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Employees
are strongly encouraged to submit their time sheets in a timely manner
so supervisors/approvers will have ample time to review and approve (or
reject if necessary).
3) Time sheets for pay period 14 (ending 1/7/2017) is the last time sheet for recording 2016 year-end leave usage.
To ensure that year-end leave usage is loaded into PR15 time entry, it
is essential that this time sheet is submitted and approved by the
established deadline (11:59 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2017).
