This Friday, September 15th, the Department of Political Science and the Center for Social Science Scholarship will host "A View from the Statehouse: A Constitution Day Conversation with Delegate Chang ’99," featuring Maryland State Delegate and UMBC alum Mark S. Chang, in the AOK Library Gallery at noon. The program will include a Q&A session with a faculty and student panel discussing Del. Chang's life story as a first-generation Korean-American and public servant, and how UMBC prepared him for his career. Del.
