Just east of downtown Baltimore and in the shadow of I83 are a group of buildings where Baltimore has incarcerated people since 1801. Join Dr. Kate Drabinski for this video tour of the history of this "correctional campus" and the local organizing people do now to support people through the arrest and incarceration process. The tour will also explore some of the work done in Baltimore to end the policing and incarceration practices that land people there in the first place.
