Election Night Extravaganza

Election Night Extravaganza is a UMBC tradition that brings members of our community together to watch and discuss election results in real time. Come to The Commons to eat free breakfast food, make crafts, play board games, and celebrate the conclusion of the 2022 election season.

Election Night Extravaganza will feature:

A big-screen election returns watch (Main Street; 7 p.m. - midnight; election commentary from faculty at 10 p.m.)

Free food (Market Street; breakfast bar at 8 p.m.; a dessert and coffee/hot chocolate bar at 10 p.m.; pizza and popcorn at 11 p.m.)

Crafts and games (SportsZone; 7 - 10 p.m.; origami, yarn and gimp bracelet-making, and board games)

This event is hosted by the Center for Democracy and Civic Life, Student Government Association, and Graduate Student Association.
