Next Monday, February 11th come join the Computer Science Education Club for our first installment of the “Meet Your Professor” series of Spring 2019 featuring Dr. Ben Johnson!

The “Meet Your Professor” series provides students with the opportunity to learn more about their professors, including how they achieved their position, what they believe makes an effective teacher, what research they conduct, and more!

Dr. Johnson is a Course Coordinator for Computer Science I (CMSC 201) and this semester will be his second semester teaching Data Structures (CMSC 341). He got his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D degrees at UMBC. He has a research background in natural language processing and experience working as a professional software developer in the private sector.

If you are interested in learning from Dr. Johnson's experience, stop by ITE 239 on Monday, February 11th at 12pm.
