Circles for Beloved Community

Did you know? Restorative practices are most effective when the majority of effort—about 80 %—is focused on proactively building relationships, community, and trust, not just responding after harm happens.
Join us for our new restorative community building initiative!
Circles for Beloved Community are facilitated conversations for faculty and staff to gather and build relationships and understanding. These circles offer an opportunity to slow down, connect across roles and experiences, and practice being in community together.
** Please note that due to the nature of the event, these circles will be in person only**
