He will be joining us for a discussion & answering questions

September 16 from 12-1pm

For our first meeting of the semester, Mark Doms 86' will be joining the Economics Council of Majors to talk about his journey from Hilltop to Capitol Hill! He will also be opening the floor to questions. This is the first guest speaker the Economics Council of Majors has for the semester.

It's not required but encouraged to RSVP below :)

"Specializing in monetary policy, forecasting, labor force developments, innovation, big data, and applied microeconomics, Doms has made hundreds of presentations about the U.S. economy and appeared regularly as a subject-matter expert on CNBC’s Squawk Box and Bloomberg. His highly-cited research is published regularly in top journals, earning Doms recognition in the top 3% of economists as measured by citations."
