Congratulations to Dr. Shannon Sauro!
Dr. Sauro has been awarded the CAHSS Research Fellowship for Spring 2023. During her fellowship she will be embarking on her research project titled Fan Fiction and Fan Practices for Language Learning and Teaching. During her fellowship she plans to work on a manuscript based on a decade of research on fan practices for language learning. Through her book, Dr. Sauro hopes to provide guidance to support future researchers who are interested in the area of fan practice and the impact it has on language and literacy.
