Dr. Francis Hult published an article in the inaugural issue of the Journal of English-Medium Instruction together with colleagues Dr. Amy Wanyu Ou (University of Gothenburg, Sweden) and Dr. Michelle Mingyue Gu (The Education University of Hong Kong). Based on an examination of global trends, they propose research-based guidelines for balancing English with multilingualism in language planning for higher education.
