Where Are Language Learners? by Dr. Lee & Dr. Goto Butler

Dr. Jiyoon Lee together with colleague Dr. Yuko Goto Butler at Penn published the article "Reconceptualizing Language Assessment Literacy: Where Are Language Learners?" in TESOL Quarterly, the leading journal of research on  teaching and learning English as an additional language.  They examine the importance of learners as stakeholders in language assessment.
