Per the Business Process Improvement (BPI) which was approved, the CRM exists to create and maintain early and effective interaction with potential applicants resulting in increased enrollment within UMBC graduate programs. The CRM also allows for standardization of business processes to accommodate increased volume, efficiency of human and financial resources and to connect offices and various operations. Innovation, proper usage, administration and maintenance of the CRM system are also inclusive to the mission. Collectively the groups listed below are responsible for the success of the mission: "Early and Effective Inquiry Interaction".
