Bridge Private Lending is in the business of financing the purchase and rehabilitation of single family homes and row
houses located in low to middle income neighborhoods in Baltimore City.
How are we different from other lenders? First and foremost, our houses are green - sustainable and eco-friendly. In
addition, we attempt to combine physical renovations with social activism.
We see entire blocks of sustainable green homes, each a network of buildings interconnected by public green spaces
- self-sufficient and safe neighborhoods where existing and new residents participate as equals to generate meaningful and environmentally conscious community cultures.
One Green Home at a Time Foundation, funded by Bridge Private Lending, is a nonprofit organization that was
founded in 2009. Staff at One Green Home cares for much more than just the houses - they care for the people and
