Below, you'll find details about some amazing committees we have to offer. We can't wait to see how your skills and past experiences can be put on display here with the GSA!</div><div><strong><br></strong></div><h3><strong>Graduate Experience, Achievement, and Research Symposium (GEARS) Committee</strong></h3><div>GEARS is dedicated to offering a platform where students can highlight their creative work, share research achievements, and connect with peers. From Trivia Night and Game Night to 3MT, you may recognize these events as part of our vibrant calendar. Now, you have the opportunity to join the GEARS team and contribute to organizing this year's standout events. The committee has produced numerous recommendations so far!</p><p>1. Review of Stipends for Senators, GSA E-Council, and GRP Members</p><p>2. Criteria for Senator Evaluations </p><p>We are seeking enthusiastic members, preferably from CAHSS and CNMS, to join our team. Our mission is to act as resources and advocates for anything related to academics, mental and physical well-being. The GSSC emphasizes the interconnectedness of these aspects as crucial to graduate student success.  Our committee plays a vital role in facilitating events and disseminating information about resources available on campus. Here’s a glimpse of what we do:</p><p>- Serve as liaisons to graduate student resources.</p><p>- Organize the Graduate Student Fest every Fall.</p><p>- Host headshot events for graduate students.</p><p>- Build partnerships with campus entities like the AOK Library, PROMISE, and more.</p><p>If you’re passionate about enhancing the graduate student experience and would like to contribute, encourage you to apply!
