Have you heard about the Fulbright Scholarship program, but were hazy as to what it's all about? Can you use it to teach English overseas, or is it just for a research project? Maybe you can earn a Master's degree? Isn't it really competitive?
Have your questions answered at one of the many information sessions being offered by Dr. Brian Souders, UMBC's Fulbright Program Advisor (FPA) throughout March and April.
All information sessions will be held in 113 Sherman Hall.
Monday, April 1, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (Fulbright Application Opening Day!)
The Fulbright competition cycle for the 2020-21 academic year starts on April 1, 2019, and culminates with UMBC's application deadline of September 2, 2019. Dr. Souders works to guide students through the application process - from choosing which Fulbright program to apply for to providing workshops to improve your application.
An RSVP is preferred for each event; you can simply click on the date of the session you wish to attend above, and then click the green "Going" button.
Please feel free to e-mail Dr. Souders at <fulbright@umbc.edu> if you have questions.
