Attention all lifters! This Friday we will be hosting a lifting club Learn to Lift information session! This week we will be covering the topic of nutrition and dieting, focused on healthy dieting, and how to get proper nutrition on campus. All information sessions will be held in RAC 106 (near the track) starting @3pm. Sessions will be every other week, and each session will be a new topic. We will be providing free Gatorades and protein shakes to attendees of the event.
