Attention everyone! This Friday we will be hosting a lifting club Learn to Lift information session! This week we will be covering the topic of nutrition and dieting, focused on healthy dieting, and how to get proper nutrition on campus. All information sessions will be held in RAC 106 (near the track) starting @2:30pm. There will be 5 total information session throughout the semester, and each will cover a different topic! We will be providing free Gatorades, waters, and protein shakes to attendees of the event. It will be a short presentation provided by our wonderful Vice President Matthew Peabody. The information session will be right after our group workout, so please stop by if you're free!
