This Friday is our second to last Learn to Lift session for the semester! This weeks topic is Rest and Recovery. It's all about how to recover effectively after a workout session, and how to rest effectively so you can keep pushing in the gym! We will be giving out free protein shakes and Gatorades at the event, so don't miss out! It will be this Friday, April 11th, from 2:30-3:30pm (We usually don't take up the whole time so don't worry), and it's located in RAC 106 (First floor located on the side of the track).
