Urban Teachers is a Residency and Masters program located in Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC and Dallas, TX. At Urban Teachers, we are revolutionizing the way people are prepared for a career in teaching. Our program begins with a full residency year, in which participants learn at the side of successful host teachers. Simultaneously, participants enroll in an innovative, clinically based master’s degree program designed exclusively for Urban Teachers. Throughout the program, participants receive over 100 hours of coaching to ensure improvement in their teaching practice.
