Prof. Kate Brown received a two-year ACLS collaborative fellowship for a project "Chernobyl Revisited: An Historical Inquiry into the Practice of Knowing." Together with evolutionary biologist Timothy Mousseau of the University of South Carolina, she will work on the history of studies about longterm effects of low doses of radiation on human health. They want to figure out why, after 30 years, we have so few answers.
