Congratulations to Professor Susan McDonough who has won a National Endowment for the Humanities fellowship!
Her project "Migration and Prostitution in the Medieval Mediterranean World" is a book-length study on the legal and economic history of prostitutes and their migration patterns in major port cities of the medieval Mediterranean basin, such as Barcelona, Marseille, and Genoa.
