Process (PMP)
March 31st marked the end of the Performance Management Process (PMP) rating period (April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019). UMBC requires supervisors to evaluate the performance of all regular/grant-funded exempt and non-exempt employees.
Completed PMP forms should be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by close of business on Friday, May 3, 2019.
