Students/Graduate assistance may have noticed FICA deductions taken from their check dated 01/24/2020. This deduction was processed in error and we are working with the Comptroller's/Systems office to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Once more information is available we will be communicating this information to the payroll preparers/approvers.
A report has been created for all of those that have been impacted by this deduction and anticipate a resolution as soon as possible.
