The DocuSign submission portal is currently experiencing a high volume of request. This increase in request is causing the system to error. The IT team is vastly working to correct this problem. In order to allow for paperwork to be submitted and processed for PR24 the payroll team will be extending the paperwork deadline. As soon as we have more information we will be sending an updated communication with the paperwork submission extension time.
