If you tend to eat meals alone and are looking for ways to make nutrient-packed dishes, join us for our Wellness Wednesday: Eating for One session online. We are offering the session on May 20th and June 10th.
Join us for a Meditation in Nature online session where we combine mindfulness meditation, sensory awareness activities, and the reflective practice of journaling in nature on May 15th.
Interested in connecting with colleagues and learning best practices related to remote work? If so, please join us for two separate sessions for supervisors and employees, respectively: Engaging Remote Employees: Supervisor Strategies for Success on May 12th and Working While Remote: Strategies for Balance and Success on May 19th.
