LIVE CHECK ADDRESS REMINDER
As a reminder any employee that does not have direct deposit will receive a live check by mail. In order to assure that the address on file is the correct mailing address please review your check address in your myumbc profile:

The address shown is where the check will be mailed. If this is incorrect you must update your address (https://hr.umbc.edu/payroll/payroll-employees/change-of-address/).
No checks will be mailed to 1000 Hilltop Drive
If the address on your check has been blank for more than 3 pay-cycles you should submit a new w-4 or update your address via the POSC website.
RETURNED CHECKS/Cancelled Direct Deposits
All returned checks for invalid addresses/canceled direct deposits can take 3-4 weeks to be reissued.
When changing or discounting your bank account do not close your account until a live payroll check is issued.
We strongly encourage direct deposit!
