Portuguese Researcher looking for bike for sale!

Hello,
I'm a Portuguese student Researcher at UMBC and I'm looking to buy a used bycicle:
I would prefer that could be a confort bike like a cruiser or a mountain bike with gears ( 3 gears would be enough) and a rack in the back to transport stuff. Price below 80$.
