Hello, a single room (no sharing) is available in a 4 bedroom townhouse for a female roommate. The room is in the basement, minimally furnished, carpeted ,very spacious and is in great condition. This is the biggest room in the house (more spacious than the master bedroom). Rent will be ~$338. Utilities (BGE and internet) will be ~$60-70 per head. The entire house is completely furnished, clean and well maintained.The house has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a clean and responsible person (only students) to occupy this room, starting anytime in the coming month. 1 year lease started officially from Sept 1st, but room is available immediately .
