The apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The rent is $550 -$575 including all utilities (cable/internet/BGE/water). Plenty of parking spaces are available as well. The apartment is on the 'Catonsville Line' for UMBC shuttle. Grocery store & Pharmacy are within walking distance. (Shoppers and CVS). 8 min drive to UMBC, 15-20 minutes drive to downtown. 5 minutes drive to Patel Brothers. There is a direct bus to downtown as well.
