There are two vacancies available in a 2 bedroom apartment on Westland Boulevard with one shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. Based on preferences, a shared room or the entire room can be rented out. The rent for a single room is $600/month and on a shared basis, it is $300/month. The utilities (BGE and wifi) will come up to $45/month. The move-in date is 25th May and the stay can be extended until August. The room is furnished with a bed, study table, chair, and lamp. There is tons of closet space as well. UMBC shuttle stop is right in front of the apartment building. We love to cook as well (mostly vegetarian), so all you'll need is to move in with your clothes!
