A single room (no sharing) is available in a 4 bedroom townhouse(1.5 bathroom) for a female roommate. Rent will be ~$350. The entire house is completely furnished, clean and well maintained. The house has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a clean and responsible person (only students) to occupy this room, starting in August.
