I’m a PhD student and research assistant at UMBC, and I work from home. I’m easygoing and usually quiet. I don’t have pets. I’m 33 years old, gay and vegetarian.
I always wear a mask when I go grocery shopping, and I always wash my hands as soon as I come in the house.
Rent is $460/month. Deposit is 1.5 month’s rent. Please include some information about yourself like your age and sleeping habits if you’re interested so I know it’s not a scam email.

apartment occupies the entire first floor of a two-unit house. The
kitchen, dining and living areas are spacious and furnished. Washer and
drier are in the apartment. There’s also a short hiking trail a couple
of blocks away.
Both bedrooms have two
windows that let in lots of sunlight. They are about the same size, and
are not furnished but can comfortably fit a full-sized bed and a desk
and drawers (pics below).
