Richard Chisolm, an UMBC alumnus in Interdisciplinary Studies, will be speaking about the interdisciplinary mission of his film company Recipe for Change Films and about his latest film, Cafeteria Man. The film features Chef Tony Geraci's efforts as Food Director of the Baltimore Public School System to educate school children about nutrition, food preparation, and locally sourced organic food.
